Unfortunately we do not currently offer a freepost service so you will need to pay for postage. We advise that sellers purchase additional insurance against loss or damage of the item in transit.
We will then revise the amount paid for the gadget, which will take into account the actual condition. The seller will be notified of the revised price and the reason for the revision, by email. They will then have the opportunity to accept or decline the offer. Declined offer items are returned to the seller.
All items are cleaned and tested with all data being removed. They are then either re-introduced into the market, or passed on to our corporate partners for refurbishment. This extends the life of the gadget and is great for the environment.
